Went to see Flogging Molly a couple months back..easily the best gig I've ever been to.

Tonight I went to this free concert in town. I think her name was Daneila Cotton or something. She was freaking amazing, and is going to be big. I can tell.

Oooh what genre?

Basically like soulful rock. Or that's what I call it. The newspaper described her as "a blues rock and roll sensation; the next Tina Turner". I didn't really feel Tina Turner from her, other than her incredible amount of passion in the music.

I'll have to check her out...blues rock and roll? That's more along the lines of the White Stripes, but it works.

Has she got a myspace? I'll check her out when I get home from work for a chillin' Saturday night

I think she does. I don't have one myself, so I never go on. I'll double check her name with my friend, who has the cd.

this month i went to see bob dylan (it was a little bit disappointing, he was cold to the audience and didn't move from the keyboard), and then to this festival ( just to see slayer - and iron maiden cuz of my friends).
The last month i saw muse at rock in rio, it was _perfect_

Cool, I saw a bit of Airbourne at Download when we went to the loos, they sound pretty good live just not my kinda thing. And I missed Motorhead lol. I reckon you'll have an ace time.
