School Dress Code

So, I start cosmetology school in a few weeks (Oct 5)
and theres a dress code!
I've never ever had to experience something like that, I've always been aloud to rock whatever I want.

Anyway, I NEED CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP


So I need help.

-No jeans
-Black pants
-Basic dressy-cas. tops
-No open toe shoes
-Black shoes

I was looking at Old Navy and I found a lot of basic stuff that I could use,
so any other places?
I have one pair of dress pants, and I prefer them to be skinny or straight.
Shoes, I'd prefer flats, just because I'll be on my feet all day, but I do fall for some heels.
I also am looking for a cheap pair of flat booties.
And cheap coats, like Sor bought, cuz I'll be in the city, and the city is coooolldddd and windy, and I'll be out at night.

hell no they don't...I'm used to wearing a uniform because I had to all through junior high and high school (starting in grade 4), but neh....its irritating. we can't even have coloured shoes or socks. its got to be white. even undergarments (esthetics kids wear white scrubs which are see-thru, and they say wearing coloured panties/thongs would be tacky).

we also aren't allowed to wear ponytails (unless they're styled/took effort to do).

UGH!NONOO!!! White...EVERYTHING!?!? NOOOOOOOOOOOO

business casual isn't bad at all. even the cosmo kids have to wear scrubs, but theirs are black so they don't have to worry about undergarments or stains like we do. my first week, I started my period and blood was everywhere. had to walk around with blood on me all day. was horrific.

for business casual try GAP and banana republic. you can even find good stuff at walmart (I def have). delias is a good place for cute tops and slacks.
