| lol I know how you feel about teachers that you love... My bio/study block teacher was my fav ever! :'( And now I can't have her, unless I want to take AP Bio, and to be honest, I sucked at bio! Well, not really, my bff was in the same class as me, so we just messed around in the back of the room, doing "homework"... UGHHH GOOD OLD DAYS!! TT_TT | |

| I like the idea of an outside "school work" area (or maybe just "learning" in general). You know, for help on essays, school work, research, etc. | |

| I'm just confused, as whenever someone is looking for help they go to off topic. Maybe I'm just too tired for this to make sense right now. Disregard what I said before.. | |

| ohh lisbeth I prolly should give you a ring sooner or later.
that boy shall DYE.
and yeah, thats what I meant, shauna! like, I remember I could never find my summer homework post [I didnt want to keep making a new topic on the same damn thing], and I figure school sports or clubs could fit in there too! I just thought it would be useful for homework and everything.

| I dunno. I guess I have to admit that I'm not entirely sure.
For one, I don't know how popular it would be. Like you may think it's a good idea but I don't know if it would really be used. Like remember pets and sports on the old forum? Everyone was like "oh yeh AMAZING idea!" but then it never really got posted in. I think that like, if you wanna bitch about it, we have rants and moaning topics; if you want to ask a question about your homework (which we have *rarely* had, I havent really seen any aside from Puffy's), I'm sure OT or A&W would work; If it was more arty, we have an art section.
Another thing is like, if we have a topic for every little thing we think of, like pets, school, recipes, hobbies, sports, blah blah, we're gonna end up with a huge forum that's just got like everything smooshed in there and I've been in places like that before and it kind of sucked so I think we need to be really careful. When posts like this are made, I kind of think eveyone always goes "oh yeh great idea" but sometimes don't think about it. Maybe I just have my thinking head on.
And personally, I come here to get away from shit like school and to take my mind of it.
That's just my opinion though.

| aw I'm not saying I wouldnt make it just because I'm not sure if I think it's a great idea...
I just think sometimes new topics ideas get pounced on and everyone's all "yeh wooo hooo!" and its not necessarily a bad idea but like...as I said about pets and sports. They were good ideas when they were brought up and you'll notice I chose not to include them here.
