socks and tights

1. im obsessed with the idea of floral tights. do you think they're hideous?

i kinda wanna wear some with the jarvis tee i just posted but i feel it may be a bad idea.

2. ANKLE SOCKS!

the other thing im obsessed with is skirts with ankle socks.

i have a couple of slightly poofty skirts that i think it would look kind of cute with.

but it leads me onto another point which is - h&m had some floral ankle socks - am i just getting myself into trouble tho?! i really like them!

For the floral tights, I would wear them with a plain skirt, (ala the second pic you posted).
And for the floral ankle socks why not? You like the tights, and you like the socks, so together is like the bomb? Idk. But yeah, I'd go for it.
For the ankle socks, I'd wear a skirt or shorts, and maybe a plain tee or cardi, and a pair of keds, or a cute pair of heels, like dolly style, or really chunky.

something like that minus those sequins/peep toe.

Ankle socks yes they're cute. Floral tights no!!! I'm sorry but I hate them. They're too "busy" for me and I always associate floral with old ladies! Lol.

I think you could pull off floral tights if you kind of wore an outfit that wasnt so girlie, like a band t-shirt and a denim skirt, or a plain black skirt, with like plimsolls or something! I think that could work.

And i think the ankle socks are cute too, as long as your outfit has a kind of edge to it you know? you dont wanna look like a school girl!

I actually have a pair of floral tights that are very similar to the second pair you posted! I wear them with... tiny gray shorts and a torn up t-shirt, usually, and boots.

I'm pretty retarded thought.

my first thought was my black dress cos its nice and easy.
and possibly my black tutu ish skirt.
but yeah picking out a colour in the tights is good. im trying to find ones that go with the jarvis shirt - i think im gonna wait til it gets here and take it with me. if i could find black ankle socks that'd be good.

the other thing i want is like a bowler hat....

i bought some black socks with white/blue flowers on them. theyre cute. i just need to try them together.

topman have bowler hats!! and it would look cute with ankle socks!

i wore my hat out on saturday with my loose parrot top and shorts. a really cute drunk girl kept telling me a looked like "such a rocker chick!"

i ended up buying a pair of tights. i wore them with a black skirt, top and shoes - so nice and simple for now!

if you go to the topshop site and hover over tights then it's the ones on the right. they're cute.

havent tried out the socks yet.
