In a local panier market to me there's an underwear stall thing and they sell cartoon strip tights!! Go places you wouldn't think of going.

Also, I went into a "sex" store recently, but one of the ones that has underwear and coustumes and stuff, anyway they had an amazing selection of stockings and tights. I got 3 pairs of fishnets in bright pink, turquoise and lime green.
