lol just to add to the explanation, in the UK (dunno if its the same anywhere else) most main roads have a little bike lane on the side, which is red. Hence why red tarmac is a cycle path and is skinny =D (and green tarmac is a bus lane, in case you are wondering.)

nah, here in the US we dont have bike lanes. a bike is considered a vehicle like anything else, and you can ride your bike right on the road, but the sidewalk as well! no bus lanes, either. all lanes are created equal!

I think it's cos like... the double entendre is that she PHYSICALLY walked into the bar and hurt herself... and so he gave her the double entendre? Ya? No? Lol.

I think the emphasis is on he 'gave her one'. Double entendre are things that can be taken two ways. 'So he gave her one' could be taken to mean... well, anything. That's what I thought anyway.

Most of them have sexual overtures Even if I didn't understand it, I laughed.
