Daily make-up routine

Tell me your average daily beauty routine when you get ready in the morning. I'll do mine in a bit, when I have time.

On days that I'm not going anywhere, I usually just shlep about. But 3 times a week I HAVE to go to physio, so here's what I do:

-Roll out of bed (this can take a bit, especially if I'm super stiff)
-Brush my teeth.
-Put my shower seat in the shower, and shower. I only wash my hair every three days, so sometimes I wash it, other days I don't.
-If I DO wash my hair, I head downstairs, brush it out.
-Then I apply makeup (concealer, mousse foundation, powder), and then I do eye makeup (eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara), and put on lipstick.
-Then I do my hair. If I'm wearing it up, I put mousse in it, and put it up then spray it. If I'm waring it down, I put straightening serum in it, blow dry, then straighten with my large round curling iron.

That's it. Not too exciting...LOL.

My god Srah how long does that take you?

I get up, straighten my hair/curl my hair/throw it up.

Then concealer, foundation (if i need it), TONNES of bronzer, and then i use bronze all around my eyes (i'm so digging heroin chic) and curl my eyelashes, tonnes of mascara, then lip balm, natural brown gloss, and clear gloss on top.

Not alot, but it's what i do.

gah, in the morning?

- pee
- brush teeth/wash face
- spray the hair with mark's "next day spray"
- prep face for...
- foundation, concealer, brows, blusher, shadow base, shadow, powder, then mascara. in that order.
- spray hair with sheen spray, then brow dry and then I straighten it.

then, with the few seconds Ive got left, I throw my essentials in my bag, throw on my clothes, and then I run to the bus stop, only to have my hair fall and my makeup melt. ;-;

Well here lately this is more of an afternoon routine since I sleep in everyday but anyway

-I shower at night so first I brush my teeth, wash my face, toner, moisturize, lip balm
-Straighten my hair
-lip balm again, shadow base, eye shadows, liner, concealer, loose mineral foundation, a little more concealer since I have DARKDARK circles, bronzer(sometimes), blush, highlighter, mascara, lips

since college:

wake up
curse god for making me wake up so early
pee
shower
get dressed
either throw a head band on, or dry my bangs and straighten them
put mousse in my hair and scrunch!
run to class

in the morning when im at college:
get up, straighten my hair, brush my teeth, put some mascara on, get dressed etc etc.
i dont have time in the morning so i shower/wash my hair the night before.

when im not at college i get up, shower, clean my teeth.
once or twice a week i do a face routine like cleanse tone exfoliate moisturise. i get dressed, dry and straighten my hair.

if i decide to wear eyeliner i do that but lately ive just been putting mascara on.

Wake up at 5:30.
Hate life.
Eat breakfast/watch news/pee/pick out an outfit while I wait for my brother to finish with the bathroom.
Brush teeth.
Wash face.
Put in contacts.
Brush hair.
Get dressed.
Foundation.
Translucent powder
Eyeshadow.
Mascara.
Lipbalm.
Perfume.
Catch bus at 6:30.

On a usual day. (I shower & wash hair the night before)

-Cleanse

-Straighten hair (10 mins)
-Makeup (10 mins)

Blusher (colour depends on my eye makeup)

Oh my goooosh. On a typical day, where I'm either rushing or lazing about:

Powder (Which is for the spf and looking minorly decent)

Oh, and no...I don't brush my hair.

here is mine (I shower in the afternoon)

after showering/ brushing my teeth


i use:
1. toner
2. moisturizer (one of 3 kinds- i like to switch)
3. a light dusting of my "Fairly Light" bareminerals foundation
4. mascara
5. using liquid liner i do the last part of the cat eye (just a little curved line at the end)
6. a very sheer dusting of a subtle shimmer-shadow near my tear ducts
7. lip balm
this whole makeup process takes me about 8 minutes maximum

On school days:
-Wake up
-Turn off alarm
-Go back to sleep
-Wake up a half hour later, do a double-take at the clock and launch myself out of bed
-Shower [shampoo, conditioner, scrub my face]
-Put my hair up in a towel so I'm not dripping all over the place
-Makeup, which has recently been just mascara
-Face creamitize
-Towel dry my hair just so it's moderately damp
-Comb through it with my fingers [I don't need no stinkin' brush!] and put it in a ponytail
-Get dressed
-Gather my school things
-Struggle to put on shoes and sweatshirt while balancing my backpack, assorted textbooks
-Hobble out to my brother's car

Straighten parts of hair that got all kinky during sleep
Deoderant
Get dressed
Pluck eyebrows if needed
liquid eyeliner
eyeshadow
use eyeshadow as liner for the bottom
curl lashes
use 3 different mascaras
put foundation on lips and BLEND BLEND BLEND
draw in cupid bow lips
Perfume (can't leave without it)
grab purse & backpack
go downstairs to eat
Curse self for doing lips perfectly BEFORE eating
run outside to either the bus or wait for brandon to pick me up.

Takes about an hour and a half

I usually sleep too long and wake up 5 minutes before i should leave the house so all i do is:
- wash face & brush my teeth
- put on clothes
- put on EYELINER .I never leave without it. I never let the world see me without eyeliner :-)
- brush my hair
- throw some lipgloss in my purse and put it on while driving

that's it.
on days off from work i put on my whole face though, foundation, eye makeup, lipstick and style my hair.

Wow! Some of you must spend a million years getting ready.

I usually take my showers at night because I would rather sleep in a bit. I've got the whole routine down to about 7 minutes from the time I wake up to the time I leave the house!

I forgot i put dodrant and perfume, body lotion on as well but that takes like 10 seconds.
My whole routine takes from 6.45 to 8.15, but thats just your average day, you know going to school or whatever. If i'm going out like somewhere specail I pretty much need the whole day haha.
I'm very high maintenance.

My routine takes maybe ten minutes. I'd rather sleep than shower too.

See, I feel like a skanky tramp if I dont shower in the morning, cos I just feel proper dirty and smelly when I wake up. Im not but thats just how I feel. Also I wake up more if I have a shower!

The thing is, a lot of times I feel a little dirty when I wake up, but then I wash my face and put on deodorant and I feel clean and fresh. I hate showering at night because even if I dry my hair it gets messed up. I hate showering in the morning usually (except when it's really hot out) because I feel soggy all day. I like showering after work best.

crikey! I leave my house at half 8 (and then get to school late) but wake up at like 7 - HOW DO YOU DO IT? like you spemd the same ammount of time as me but do ten times more!!
