as of makeup palettes, if you want to go cheap, L.A. Colors has one in EP24 Unforgettable.
Wet n Wild make a lot of good ones, as well.
Covergirl and Maybelline also have great quads. Try Covergirl's Shimmering Sands, its their best selling quad. | |

| MAC eyeshadows are siiiick. Like they are so good. But I dno if this is going to be above your budget? With MAC though you can buy the pallette and then choose th eyeshadows you want in it. But not sure if you can just get these in pro stores? Aahhh you can find out yourself if youre that bothered about it |

| If you're just starting out, I'd go with Maybelline, Covergirl or Revlon. Revlon isn't that much more, here, however, it could be different where you live. | |

| You can get MAC palletes at the regular stores too, just not counters. | |
