What to wear with fringed boots?

I'm getting a pair of my companies new winter fringed boots for work. they're knee high and suede, and black, with a row of fringe around the top and laces. They're also flat and very comfy.
I CANNOT wear track pants or blue denim (brights and black or white denim is ok).
I'm also not allowed ot have my bra straps showing- so i can wear strapless bras but this is annoying

I don't know what to wear with them apart from black skinny jeans :/

Are you allowed to wear skirts and dresses? They would look mad cute with like a flowery dress and tights or something.

leggings and long plaid shirts with a cute navel-length pendant necklace.

leggings and oversized retro band tees.

cute little black dresses.

pencil skirts and vest tops.

argh anything really.
