what should i wear with these boots?

i bought two pairs of slouchy knee-length boots, in white and black.
now i'm kindof regretting not picking brown instead of white, because that's what i had intended on but i got sidetracked.

anyways!

i also bought a black leather braided belt that i wear on the hips. i really wish it'd go tight enough to stay just below my chest instead, but it just wont stay.

the only thing i've found to wear so far was the belt, black boots, a black pair of tights, and this creamy colored top that goes just far down enough to cover my butt, but i can't very well wear that to school what with all the sitting and rising... tends to hike up.

also, i've been wanting to find a pretty white dress and a cream/tan colored braided belt, because i have a pair of straight ugg boots that are a tan color as well.
