| this dress! i spent most of last night feeling misterable and when i saw this...i bought it. i also bought a dress today which is black and white check, with a cute little collar, button detail on the front, a nipped in waist and a little net underskirt. i also bought...a sort of tuxedo jacket. i think it's this one but its a stunning purple colour inside and the sleeves are rolled up. it sits about at my waist i think so it looks really cute with a dress. im also thinking it may look cute with my high waisted skirt and band tshirt. how else would you wear it? ideas? i feel like i want loose, ruffled hair and a bowler hat | |

| i just did a post for an lj highstreet community. so seeing as i never post pics, here's a copy! the text is aimed at there so sorry if it sounds odd: Topshop dress - £20. Someone posted that this was in stock on OTHS and I'd had a rough day and bought it H&M black and white check dress - £20. Same dress with H&M jacket over the top - £20. I wasn't sure about this jacket but it looked really cute over the dress. The purple colour inside/at the cuffs is lovely and the little hanky is too cute. Any more suggestions of what to wear it with? Topshop Sparkly Dress - £20 in the sale. I found the skirt of this on a rakc but not in my size and was so pleased to find it in a dress! I wore it on new years eve while everyone else was in jeans and stuff. H&M Strapless Check Dress - £20 Well I loved the other one so much... I bought a pair of leggings too for £6 but didn't post them. Was really unsure about this. H&M Skirt - £10. It's black with little white, green, purple and orange (i think) dots all over it. I'm unsure whether I like it better high waisted or sitting "normally". Believe it or not this is a blue tartan mini skirt from Urban Outfitters - £5 in the sale I think. And this is a zip up blue houndstooth skirt - £5 in the Urban Outfitters sale. You wouldn't really know tho! Black skirt with belt - H&M - either £15 or £20. Tshirt - £3 in the H&M sale. Cat shirt - £5 from Topshop Baddies shirt - Topshop - Present. Purple box top - Topshop - £8 I think. I love that it has thumb holes! Grateful Dead tee - £5 from Urban Outfitters. Cape - £10 in Urban Outfitters sale. Not quite sure what to wear with this but it's so soft! Love spinner necklace - £5 in the Urban Outfitters Sale. Frill skirt - £15 in the Topshop sale. I wanted this for a while but it disappered so I was glad to find it! My new babies. Irregular Choice Geek spilt shoes - £25 Office sale. My boyfriend is pretty much the exact height so I'm a little taller than him in these Knitted name necklace - LLROK - present Paint pot necklace - it says "Art Bitch!" - LLROK I have the pallette necklace too but it didn't come out in the photo. Paraphernalia snail and heart necklaces - Present. My parents think this is hideous but I love it! Metallic pink bambi - £4 from Paperchase. Tatty Devine Heart Glasses necklace - about £20 in the sale. Tatty Devine swing girl necklace - present from the boy. Tatty Devine lemon lollipop necklace - about £20 in the sale. (I had no idea the sale was on until someone on here mentioned it. Thank you!) Cath Kidston knitting needle roll - present from the boy. Cath Kidston sewing kit - present from him again. Cath Kidston sewing box - oh he knows me so well | |
