Digital Camera!

Ok, so I need a new camera, I will probably set my limit at about £150 and would like to know you guys' recommendations so basically any camera you own/have owned that you think is worth buying or one that a friend has etc etc. If it is a camera that is available let me know and I will look to see if it is available in the UK because I want a decent one for my money so I want lotttss of options! Also any recommendations on what I should look for in a digital camera would be welcome 'cause well it's a very confusing business!

Go above 5 megapixels, definitely. And I'd look at shutter speed, because my camera has a very slow shutter speed without flash, so it's quite easy to get shaky pics. This could be the same with most digital cameras, though.

This will sound sad, but for a really cheap deal, try bid.tv or pricedrop tv.. that's where I got my old camera and new camera. They're both Vivitar, but you can get other brands on there.
That's only if you'd rather stay below your limit and spend the rest of the cash on something else.

Don't use the pictures I've posted as a judge of Vivitar quality, btw, because most of my pics are from my phone and all the others have been uploaded to Bebo which blur my pics..

Lol, awesome... I saw a 7mp one in Argos by FujiFilm for £99, I think, I just got the new catalogue and have circled the ones I like lol. I will try pricedrop.tv or bid.tv aswell, any thoughts on getting a camera off of ebay? Anyone done this and know if it is a good idea?

Awesome, does anyone have an picaturesss of their camera? I am incredibly superficial you see, I would like a pretty one that does a good job... I saw a gorgeous red one for £100 earlier and it was 7mp!

casio's exilim 7.2 MP. thats what I've got, and it takes decent photos. there's a photo of me on here holding it somewhere...

The only problem I've had is that if my face is really shiny and i use the flash, sometimes there's weird white dots on my face. But that hasn't happened recently. Maybe I'm just a camera noob.

I have this Sony Cyber-shot 7,2MP and i think is pretty good, but actually, i don't know anything about cameras (and technological things) and less about prices because we got ours thaks our credit card points.. so it was free.. yay!

Anyways now I have an Olympus 7.1MP and it is wonderful. Its small and cute and takes pretty pictures. :]
