tyra's always been big on how if girls dont want to be there and dont want it then they shouldnt be there.
it was a bit bitchy of celia to stand up and be like "tell tales!" but tyra usually pays attention to it.

we can tell from previous series that tyra knows whats going on in the house - she's showed up at appropriate moments before to have a chat about things that are relevant. the other judges have made comments which imply that they dont really know whats going on - with regards to this week - nigel had said they dont know anything - but tyra MUST know!

I agree. I don't understand how she couldn't have known, but also... maybe she was just waiting for Tahlia to step up and say something? Or maybe she really didn't know anything about it! Which is hard to believe. But whatever - either way, I was happy with the elimination.

This weeks whole episode was great. The fighting included. Haha. So funny to watch. I really liked the photoshoot, too. And loved some of the stuff that came out of it. I'm actually kinda starting to lose hope in London - I hope she either goes home soon or REALLY steps it up. She's lost her interest in my books. Hmm...

was pretty scared this week! i love alison but i do wish she'd mix her face up a bit.

im really glad tahlia is gone. i didnt like her one little bit. she was all "yeh i wanna show you can model with scars" but then she didn't do anything about it. its like...if you have something like that then you should work with it. its like a plus sized girl being all "hell yeah im gonna change the industry" but then not putting any effort in. it really annoyed me that she did that. i know they seemed to cover her up a lot but still. she didnt have the personality to carry it off.

im loving london and fo and want either of them to win.

im not sure about celia. i like her but i dont think she's incredibly pretty or anything. i think she'd make a better stylist than a model maybe because her outfits are always amazing.

and omg WORST COVER GIRL ADS EVER! honestly. i was reading the lj community and someone pointed out how they shouldnt be given acting lessons - they should be given lessons on public speaking or something because that's what they are doing in things like the covergirl commercials and as a model. they dont really need to act so much. i guess it is useful to convey different emotions but its not hugely necessary.

Poor London putting on weight. She looks like she has a pre disposition to be, well, hippy. In a competition with so many tall, thin women you'd think she'd be keeping a tight watch on that.

I'm so glad Tahlia went. Thank freaking God. 'I'm confident, I can do this, I'm a good model'. I think she was fooling herself :/

I totally agree on the 'worst ads ever' thing. Every one sucked. Well, actually, Celia's was okay but I still couldn't see anything like that actually being aired on tv without some heavy as editing. Blahh.

I CAN'T WAIT FOR ALISON TO LEAVE. I'm sooo over her and her look. She needs to do something SERIOUS this week to keep me interested, otherwise... she's dooone. I don't think she can handle the industry.

I'm all for Fo at this point. She needs to prove herself a little more, but I think she has so much potential. And she's absolutely gorgeous.

OH! How could I forget... Natalie. UGH. She drives me insane. She reminds me of this preppy, rich, know-it-all kind of girl at my school... who's name is Natalie. Drive me craaaaazy. Although she IS a really good model. Hmpf. We'll see what happens with her...

alison made TONNES of faces on that shoot - they choose the same one has before basically and fawn over it.
teeyana should have and had she been anyone else would have gotten the "you lost your arm" comment. but she didnt. cos tyra is setting her up to win.
celia did NOT look old.

and in her post show interview, i did like nat because she commented on how there seems to be a spat between tyra and mr jay. like how the girls who he said were doing good, the judges beat down and the girls who he was like ...meh like fo, tyra loved.

"After Natalie explained to Tyra that Jay had her holding the same pose through her shoot, Tyra shot down her allegations. Says Natalie, "It was very, very shady. I think the judges thought that I lied and that's why I got sent home. I have a feeling Tyra and Jay [Manuel] don't really click that well because they have totally different ideas, especially for the Carmen Miranda shoot. The girls that Jay said were doing bad got great photos in panel, and vice versa. I have a feeling they didn't even really communicate because to have completely opposite ideas that you want the girls to do is completely ridiculous and unfair."

That's not the only odd thing happening behind the scenes. Since Aminat's been in the bottom two for two straight weeks and hasn't gotten eliminated, suspicions from Natalie have arisen that Tyra's playing favorites. "Tyra definitely has a soft spot for Aminat and Teyona. I think she just loves [their] personalities. I feel like they're most relatable to Tyra, since Tyra was a black model struggling. I think she has a hidden emotional connection with the black girls, and I think that's where a lot of favoritism comes from. I'm not accusing her of it, but that's just my opinion," Natalie tells us.

Still, Natalie believes Teyona will be crowned Top Model this season. "I think Teyona will [win], but I hope Allison will. Teyona has the judges on her side; she has the ability to take a great picture. Though, when you see her in person, it's like, how do you even tell that she's a model? With Allison you know she's a model. She's beautiful, and she has something special. I really want Allison to win, but I think it's going to be Teyona."

I LOVED the shoot this week, when I heard they were doing Carmen Miranda I squee'd. If I was Fo I wouldn't gone that mental with it too :D:D
