listen to this band called "Girl Talk"

they are incredible and do "mashups" (i believe that is what they are called) but they use like 5 songs to make one new song. in one album, the guy behind Girl Talk used 150 sources! its not always "one rap song + one rock song" but it's always interesting! i like trying to pick out familiar songs from the mix

there are only a couple of songs there, but if you are especially clever, you should try to find the song "Smash Your Head" because it is my favorite.

There's a band sorta like what you're talking about Rachel, that I listen to.
