what to do with this mess!!

ok....so ive had long hair for like ever......and at this point its about like this



its in need of a redye
and
im set on keeping it red/ginger

but i was thinking about bleaching a chunk and maybe doing a teal or something....colorful...

and maybe going short....but i cant help but think i would look silly with short hair

and it needs a cut...after seven weeks of desert with ZERO humidity, its split and broken to high heavens...

so what can i do?

ive not had my hair professionally cut since i was in seventh grade...so like i dunno years??(jesus its been that long?) so i havent the foggiest what to do

I think you could absolutely pull off a little longer than shoulder length! And even if you end up not liking it, it will grow back! Just go for it!

I think you would look pretty nice with a fringe (but I am generally bumming fringes a lot at the moment)
