Ok so i think these were out the the us ages ago but Tesco's in the uk are only catching up now.

For anyone who is still lost, this is what im blabbering about....

http://bighappiehair.com/

they give you that big bump thats in atm.

so i purchased the dark brown one today, as im going to my boyfriends cousins wedding next month, and wanted to do something vintage inspired, make it kinda big, so im off home to experiment! lol

anyone else got one or got any views on them?

one of my teachers had a bump-it and liked it - she had really fine, frizzy hair so it worked out for her! I never felt the need for one when my hair was relaxed since I could stick it up and it would stay in place XD

For a similar effect if you're no willing to spend the money, a rolled up leg of a pair of tights in a sausage shape works pretty well (like nude ones if you blonde, darker if your dark). like, section of the front of your hair and then grip it in, and pull that front section over it...

or you could just backcomb. we have these amazing little burshes in atm called Little Wonders that retail for £1 95, and i thin alot of Paul Mitchell salons will probably stock them. If they don't they're stupid, they're amazing backcombing brushes!

ohhhh, cool! my knowledge of edinburgh is still terrible - ive just finished the lease at my last flat in town so staying with family till my flatmates come home in a couple of months and we can find a new place - but they stay in cammo and i have no idea where the hell anything is besides the gyle lol! my car is full of google maps ahaha Very Happy

ohhh erm i was at the hive a couple of weeks ago but i hardly ever go there! usually on a night out im in opium for the cheap drinks or under the stairs - have you ever been? i think you'd like it, its really arty and most of the eca toffs go there lol! but its cool and chilled out and a bit of a catwalk so good if you like dressing up and scoping out the outfits then its a definite win. the food during the day is epic too! i regularly stuff my face with the antipasti on the sofas - so if you hear a broad geordie eating ham then theres a good chance thats me!
