White eyeliner (for the waterline)

I need a white eyeliner. I'm looking for a pencil only, something nice and creamy and long lasting, i don't care if its shimmery or not as long as its basically white.
It would also really really help if the brand is available in Australia

Also since i am on a budget, keeping it under $30AUD would be really nice, and the cheaper the better as long as its still good quality.

I wanted to post this in here so that people could post reviews of them so i get a really good idea of what they're like, but if le mod thinks its in the wrong section feel free to move it!

Rimmel is THE BEST white eyeliner i've ever used!!
do you get rimmel in Aus??

this is the right section lilybon! I like Rimmel liners but they don't last long on my waterline...you may wanna give em a shot though. UD liners are my favs, I hear their white is pretty good. MUFE also has a white liner.

I second UD. I have their white and yeah it's awesome.

i can't get UD in australia unfortunately- i keep hearing such good things about them
i can get rimmel though! i will investigate

Do you have wet'n'wild in AU? Lancome? I'd just hunt around and investigate, I feel like you can find a decent white liner for cheap.

It's a lot harder to shop around and just try stuff down this way, the mark up we have on cosmetics is RIDICULOUS (usually at least 50% more than just the US price exchanged).

Sucks.

we don't have wet n wild, but we do have lancome- however lancome is REALLY expensive here
