| Puffy, I cannot, cannot, cannot tell you how much you should try out Armani LS!!! (or matte silk! ) I've used it for maybe 2 years now and its literally the best foundation ive ever tried. Seriously, if you have any questions ask away - it is the love of my life.... and I WILL try to convert you! Aww thanks Kendra! If I ever see another Russian Doll necklace I'll let you know and send it your way, they're too cute Hehe Bianca, they're only the bestest things ever! I got them from Urban Outfitters for £5 (!!!), they had them in black and white and they're basically just earmuffs with an adjustable headband (it like slides apart if that makes any sense?) with little speakers somewhere in the muff parts so you can wap the cable into your ipod and listen to music with warm ears - and not those horrible pokey earplugs? the sound quality is actually really really good though, i totally recommend if you can find them! the edinburgh UO had tons left last week in both colours. I hope you find the bow ring in small , its so cute! | |

| And I'll LET you! Ugh I've been wanting to dive into that foundation for ages. And do let me know your thoughts on the Korres foundation - I've seen folks in their TM but they look as if they've been tangoed!
BTW, those flats are adorable! I want! n.n

| Hehe! Actually I bought the Korres one because everyone kept saying how much it was like ALS, and its cheaper, so i though win-win right? So I went to the Korres store and had the girl try it out and she was like 'yeah youre totally the lightest shade' etc etc and I bought it. *Spoilerized cause I ended up doing a full on review! haha* - Spoiler:
Firsst of all, this is no good if youre pale - anywhere from NC/NW25-30 and you might get away with it but paler is gonna leave you ginger-fied. Unforch, I'm NW20 so its definitely only for when I have a (very good) tan, or want my face to be a completely different colour to my neck. In terms of how good it is... its *okay* - in comparison to LS I can pick out a lot of differences... The scent is quite strong, if you know what the Korres Wild Rose is like, then its basically the same. Its nice but I think it could be one of those headachy smells as it doesnt die down much during the day. I would say that the coverage is medium. You could go full but that would need a couple of applications which could be problematic because you have to work with it REALLY quickly when you apply it. It looks like a thick foundation but when you start buffing it in (I use a 187) it just seems to dissapear into nothingness and then *dry*. It kinda reminds me of one of those liquid-powder foundations you know? Personally for me, the colour REALLY oxidizes too, I went rediculously orange 10 minutes after putting it on so instead of being a shade out I was 2 and a bit extra. I dont really wear foundation along my jawline - i just buff out - so i ended up with some sexy tiger stripes. I guess it saved on bronzer!! anyway here are some quick pics to help show the difference! Korres on the left and Armani on the right on the left pic you cant really see the huge difference in colour, but on the second pic i think the orange-ness is pretttyyy obvious!! you can seriously see the difference in coverage too - the luminous silk could have gone a lot further and im not sure if you can tell, but its a lot creamier and smoother sitting on the skin. im not sure, i do like it, but i just dont *love it*. I think if you have darker skin and dont need much coverage then it could be pretty nice. Its quite glowy when you let it settle - but whether thats the SPF or the 'brightening' aspect im not sure!

| OO what a perfect review! Lots of details and GREAT pics!
Its a shame that their foundations oxidize so badly. Sounds like they have some great potential, they just need to tweak the formula a little!
What's sad is that in the first pic, the darkness of the Korres foundation was VERY obvious to me. How depressing! It does seem to have a nice, light consistency to it, though. The Armani just looks delightful. Sooo lush!
