| Today it rained a lottt on my way home and my new coat started to smell funny It's cotton and polyester.. no wool.. so I dunno why it smells (any ideas?) But anyway, would it be alright to wash it in the machine? I did some googling and a few people have washed wool dry clean only coats on a low temp and line dried.. If I absolutely have to, I could return it (I think it absolutely stinking in the rain is a good enough reason) buttt it's so lovely | |

| Yeah I wash dry clean only stuff too. Might want to try hand washing it with woolite or something else for delicates first to be safe, then if that doesn't work put it in the washing machine on low temperature. Though hand washing a coat could be a huge pain :-s | |
