projects

hey guys.

im looking to do lots of art work over the summer. but im drawing a blank with regards to ideas.

one idea i have is a cityscape thing. i like drawing buildings and bought some luggage tags so i wanna do things on them with cities.

i like paper cutting too but i dont know where to start!

so what projects have you guys done or what sort of things can you think of to set me?!

anything you've done - on your own, that you've seen others do, things you've done in school or college...

You can take a picture you like and cut out thousands of tiny pieces of paper to recreate it with? That challenges one's patience and creativity, believe me lol.

Make some art out of recycled stuff or garbage. How green, hmmm?

Fill up your sketchbook- draw open closets, cut up fruit, shoes, people sleeping etc. One of my favorite things to do is a timed 5 minute sketch of a movie cover or something of that nature.

Have any boring tees? Tie-dye! Or paint/sharpies and make them AWESOME and you!

Make flowers out of tissue paper and wire- super easy, and almost without fail comes out pretty. And they wont die!

I'm hoping to think of more, since I want a lot of summer projects too
