Did anyone mention this one yet?

I loved the part where the Joker went to the hospital to talk to Harvey/Two-face. All dressed up in the nurses outfit!
He's soooo cute! <3

Ledger was good as The Joker, but I honestly I thought Eckhart and Oldman were tied for best performance though. Dent's character was portrayed so well... I wish they'd shown a little bit more of him as THIRSTY FOR JUSTICE!!!1 Harvey before he got burnt, but I thought he was just so good. When he was in the hospital and was telling Gordon to 'SAY IT!' I was tearing up something fierce. Man... It was such a good movie.

I'm so happy with it. Only thing I didn't like was the random cameo of Scarecrow at the start. He was the second biggest baddie in the first movie, and he was playing some small time drug dude in this one. Disappointing. When filming first started they said they were gonna have a scene with the Joker on fear gas. There's a scene in one of the comics where Scarecrow sprays him and the Joker starts screaming like crazy, then smashes Scarecrow with a chair to the face. 'Cause he's one crazy mofo and ain't afraid of nothin'.

Seriously though, everyone did an amazing job. It was awesome. I hope that Two Face isn't dead (they just made it look that way and he's locked up somewhere. By whom? dunno); apparently Eckhart signed on for two movies so...

OH MY GOD. The Scarecrow part made me so mad! They didn't even mention it at all,
or like make any deal of it. It was just like "HEY MEMBER ME ONLY NOT CUZ I HAVE NO LINES LOL"
Dumb. Specially cuz Scarecrow is so hot, not Joker hot, but you know...
Am I the only one who hated Maggie.. She's not pretty, and it made me so mad when the Joker waltzed up to her "WELLLL HELLO BEAUTIFUL~" NO SHE'S NOT PRETTY

aww I dunno why people think she's so ugly; people worship her brother but give her so much shit cos she's not like...a traditional beauty. I think she's quite cute n.n

I hate her voice, and I'm not very fond of how the completely switched the actress of Rachel either.. I don't know why I really dislike her, but.. Ugh...

LOL True! I think it's way funny that his sister and some guy he had to be a gay cowboy with are in a movie together... I don't know why I find it humorous.

I thought Maggie was so much better. Katie Holmes is such a bad actor, all she can play is herself. They kept a lot of the same mannerisms that Rachael had from the first movie, like the way she looks at and talks to people. The character seems a lot more light hearted this time, but I guess they've succeeded in cleaning up her city a bit; and she's in a seemingly happy relationship with Dent so she has good cause.

After a second viewing: I got a lot of stuff in the Joker scenes I didn't notice last night; the character seemed a lot more... whole (although there's a lot of mystery about him so he'll never really seem that way). He certainly seemed crazier. It was a good performance; though I'm not of the camp 'I don't know if I wanna see a sequel without Heath'. It was pretty sad that he died, and yeah man, it would have been awesome if he was alive to be in a sequel, but there are other good actors out there. Look at the quality of the casting so far, the only terrible choice in my view was Holmes as Rachael in BB.

The scene at the end with Batman, Dent and Gordon's family was so much sadder this time, maybe because it wasn't 11pm after a seven hour day at school. I actually full out cried this time. I'm a sucker for the fallen hero. :'( Gordon's little monologue at the end was powerful too...

The part with the prisoners and the people fleeing Gotham on the ferries was a lot more poignant this time as well. It was good to see the Joker get a little come uppance after all of the chaos he wreacked. That prisoner throwing it out the window- that was great.

IDK... I just thought that Heath was way amazing, and I don't know how anyone can top it, seriously, it was like perfect to me? Ya know?

No one necessarily has to top it, the performance was good, and I thought it was pretty much perfect for a Joker in Nolan's Batman universe. I can't think of any way to make it better, and I'm a big fan of the comics and cartoons. It's definitely the best Joker incarnation I've seen ever. There will be someone who can match it somewhere, though; whether they can find him is another matter... And if they do decide to do another movie in this franchise (with all the records it's broken, how can they not?), the Joker doesn't have to be in the next movie. He's locked up anyway, just leave him in there.

That is true. Or they can just photoshop Heath's joker onto someones body, but not give him any lines like they did with Scarecrow, lol.

OMG, Jerry was like that when we were watching the Strangers, just complaining about how what was going on would never happen and crap. But aren't all movies like that?

And that would be funny if they photoshopped his head...tsk tsk.
