| i so spoke about these before but we finally got a hobbycraft open in scotland (woooop! love it in there) and on sunday i bought a 50 pack of shrinkie paper. but what to do?! I want to make somethings like the mini necklaces on LLROK maybe something with my name... it obviously needs to be easy to draw...or i guess i could trace if i wanted it *perfect* but i dont want anything too detailed or difficult atm. gimme ideas guys! cool things, aside from the obvious like wee hearts, stars and stuff | |

| Oh boy. Animals! Like squirells and cows and roosters. Oooh a rooster would be sick. But probably really difficult with all the colors and such. Shrooomies! Food. Like a hot dog. Or a pickle. Or cheese. Hmm. I'll have to think for some more. | |

| oh another thing i want to steal (haha not exactly but the idea of it) is stuff like paraphernalia: http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=60178 but idk how it'd do it because i could probably not be bothered to draw that >.< oh and theres a hot dog in the LLROK set; and a rollerskate; i might do like ice cream, cupcakes (OBVIOUSLY) and like...rockets and stuff. maybe come geekyish stuff like batman symbol/superman logo etc | |

| I don't understand that measurement but, usually we make them about double the size we want to end up with. I would however reccomend doing one test one first. | |

| Remember to use a hole punch or something to make a large enough hole that it'll leave you enough space to get the jewelry ring through. I remember trying a teeny little hole and it basically disappears. | |

| It's paper that shrinks and hardens when you put it in the oven. And you can draw designs on it before you harden it. You can do it with cut up polystyrene cups too, I think. | |

I was looking for it in town and couldn't find it annnyywhere - and the weather was horrible - so it wasn't a good day! Have you seen it in Edin? Allssoo, where is the Hobbycraft you got it from before and how much did the 50 sheets cost?
Thankyouu! | |

| Thanks! I love Hobbycraft so may have to take a trip anyway and spend my student loan The sheets seem really good value, I got a set of 6 for £2 on the internet so if I get along with those, the big packs seem like a better plan! | |
