I desperately need new shoes.

so I've pretty much been wearing the same green chucks for about a year and a half, and well, a girl gets bored and a shoe gets ripped apart.

I'm not the kind of girl who has loads of shoes, here's what I own.
1 pair of Vans like this

1 pair of pink leopard print flexible ballerina flats (aldo)
1 pair of fake-heels (the heel is barely there), with pointy-ish toe. black pleather.

so yeah, pathetic I know.
I always say YAY SHOE SHOPPING and always end up buying all-stars.

so this time, I'd like to get a COOL pair, not like regular chucks. Or even a completely different shoe, but comfy walking shoes.

Suggestions?

try some adidas hightops. apparently you can get really long silver ones. i desperately want them

Harajuku Lovers, maybe? There's a funky, bright way about them. I don't know if you're into the whole japanese thing at all, but if you are they would be really awesome.

They tend to be on the expensive side, but since you don't wear a lot of different shoes why not splurge on one sweet pair? However, since they are usually fairly unique they may not be as versatile as say, green chucks.

The way I see it, you would wear them like little booties, and tuck your jeans into the shoe.

I was going to buy the red plaid, but ran out of monnies. they make your feet warm the way all shoes do, and are very comfortable. they look great with skinnies, but not shorts [that combo would make you look short, if you dont have mile long legs].

basically, they're my favourite shoes next to chucks, and they go with everything.

and yeah puff I don't have very long legs and I hate when people wear boots with shorts (whats the point??) so they're cute but not for summer..
