| Superman vs Batman?
Fuck that. I'm not a huuuge Superman fan (he's so overpowered and his story line is so freaking convoluted, even more so than Batman's :/), but I'd rather keep their movie universes separate. I would really hate for superpowers and all that to be introduced to Nolan's films- they cut it out of Ra's, they don't need some crazy alien bastard to turn up.
Only way I would like to see the Bat vs Supes? The Dark Knight Returns movie. That would be ace. Anything else is made of fail.
Although... Routh and Bale in one movie = super eye candy.
Puff- you could always go as girl Robin? And Jerry could be grizzled old Batman. Sure, there are some definite paedo overtones, but that's what Halloween is for, right? | |

| Just saw TDK finally! It was crazy. Kind of hard for me to follow - I'm like that with movies. But I loved it. Heath is SO cute. Gah. | |

| You're talking about the frank miller adaptation. That would be awesome, in fact, I've been wanting that graphic novel forever. The only way I would like a Batman/Superman movie is if Batman kicked Superman's ass (like in the novel). Everyone would be expecting superman to win - I've never liked the bastard, because he is just overkill. Calling superman to do anything is like calling an Army Tank to eliminate an Ant-Bed. |

| The comic is definitely worth the exorbitant price tag (we had to shell out NZ$70 for the bastard). I would love to see it on the big screen. I don't like Miller's new Batty stuff, but I could see him being a bit of a crotchety bastard in thirty years time.
The fact that Superman could at one point rearrange the solar system...
Makes me lol. | |

| That's okay, Kayla. I have a friend who saw it 4 times and he'd see it more. Reckons it was just as great everytime, too. I reckon the second time wasn't as good for me cos I knew what was going to happen - each to their own, I guess! |

| Yeah, the third time around I got sort of bored. Still awesome though Today I saw Don Juan Demarco. Its really old, and sort of boring, but I was thrilled to see Johnny Depp so hot and young. Not that he isn't hot now of course... | |

| Some film called Just Desserts was the only thing good (sounding) on tele so I watched it. It sucked. But the desserts in the semi final looked yum... O/T - Spoiler:
Ok ok, I wouldn't visit this topic to post about some crappy movie that was on tele.. I have a teeny favour to ask which isn't worth it's own topic...
I was watching a j0ames vlog (again) and it was about Harry Potter. Then he says this about the Philosopher's Stone DVD: '..skip forward to the scene where Harry has just come out of the hospital ward after his battle with Voldemort and he's been talking to Dumbledore.. and they do this lovely pan shot of Harry walking up to the stairs, and there's Ron and Hermione, mumbling about something. Now turn up your televisions and listen really carefully to what Ron is saying. I am not even joking, this is the line, exactly. Hermione's doing this discreet mumbling that we can't work out, and then Ron says "Yeahh, I've got an erection!" I promise you it is in here, watch it now!'
I really really want to know if that's what he says but I don't have the DVD! Will someone who has got it pleasee check it out? YES I'M SAD.

| ok I haven't watched it but I googled. - Spoiler:
I listened to the scene where Harry goes to visit Ron and Hermione at the end after he gets out of the hospital wing. Ron and Hermione apparently have a conversation that's not appropriate for a PG rated movie, and I turned it up as loud as I could, and I heard Ron say something like, "I have this black shirt." Can anyone tell me what he really is saying? [While he stands at the top of the stairs with Hermione, Ron says, "I had a resurrection!!", referring to his 'near death' experience on the chess board earlier in the film. Some people mis-hear it as a reference to "an erection" which is why you may have heard people think it's inappropriate.]
At the end of the movie, when Ron is talking to Hermione at the top of the stairs before Harry enters, if you turn the volume up really loud you can hear Ron say something which isn't related to the movie and isn't really appropriate for a PG rated movie. [It wasn't inappropriate. It sounds to alot of people like he said "I had an erection" that's not what he said he said "I had a resurrection, referring to his apparent injury/death during the chess match."]
