| i need help!
i have this dress and its not tight, ive worn it before but its a bit difficult to zip up...just because its fitted and so its like "grr" trying to get it over my curvy bits. anyhoo i was putting it on earlier and got it up but then it popped!
so basically...i got it zipped nearly to the top and then it burst open...so the zip is open but the zip-pull bit is stuck at the top and it wont go back down.
is there anything i can do? i dont think id be able to replace it myself...well i could try but i dont want to ruin it.
wah is there anything i can do to fix my pretty dress.
i dont know if i could try levering one side of the zip open a wee bit to get the teeth out and then try putting it back on at the bottom... | |

| Yeah, once a zippers broken its pretty much impossible to fix it. I have that happen all the time when I'm sewing dresses and I've just gotten the zipper in only to replace it. Its a pain in the butt! I'm sure it wouldn't cost too much to take it to a tailor, or one of those places in malls that hem pants and basic stuff like that. I got a zipper relaced in one of my boots and it was only about 10 dollars. | |
