No they didn't spray mine numb. I don't think I needed it though, my ear basically felt fine the next morning. My nose didn't really hurt just felt like someone was picking my nose really forcefully. Kiki you can always get the smaller studs that are clear or flesh colored, I heard they are harder to see.

It's officially gone, and will soon be healed. Rest in peace, tongue piercing!

Why take it out? I had it for over two years, and couldn't see a reason for it anymore. I can't afford pretty jewelry for it, and it no longer amused me as it once had.

haha everyone does have industrials. Although apart from on here, iv only ever seen a handfull of people with em. I should probably get a shorter bar, mines a bit long, when i first got it done she did it with two small bars first though.



I was so chuffed to finally be getting mine, that i totally forgot about the pain, then when i got there i was like "oh crap yeah, its gonna knack" It did as well, gutted she never numbed it or anything!

How does one hide an industrial piercing? My mom would HATE it, but thats not really an incentive for me to not get one, especially when I only see her a few times a year.

Hiding it by wearing your hair down doesnt work, cause you can always see the bottom ball poking through, but you could try Bioflex, its like a clear bendy plastic, i think its generally used if your piercing isnt healing or is uncomfortable, but people use it to hide their piercings too, e.g if your not allowed them for work, school etc. Google doesnt really throw up much info on it, but im pretty certain you'd be able to get it from a piercing shop easy
