Aaacckkkk....all the French brings back horrible memories of Grade9 French. Of course, Quebecois French is far different from France French....to me, they don't even sound the same.

I don't know why everyone can speak it, Jade. Perhaps it's a northern hemisphere thing, people down here go for Asian languages ^^

In our school we were either taught french, german or spanish - you didn't get a choice.

It's probably just those though as they're pretty much our closest non-english countries and in most cases we're more likely to be on vacation/living somewhere in europe rather than asia...?!
