Im not slagging them off, but Im just saying that like they arent as great as people make them out to be, but yea she has got talent than a lot more people out there but there is people more talented than her

I don't think anyone could say Xenia can't do makeup, she obviously has and some of her tutorials are really good. I did hear she was making a book. Should be interesting.

That pony tutorial is so good. It's really pretty.

As for the original girl, if I thought my makeup was bad, I certainly wouldn't be posting it on the internet. I'm no makeup genius, I admit it, but I don't think that looks good. I think everyone was just posting their opinions and we all happened to think it wasn't very good. ho-hum.

Yep, she photoshops A LOT. So I don't even know if it's makeup skills, or photoshopping. She has REALLY REALLY bad skin IRL, from what I've seen of photos of her on other sites.

Don't worry Jen, I thought she naturally had poreless skin too at the start. But then she started to 'advertise' on her site about how she can do web design and photoshopping (she provided before/after pics of a girl) and then it alll started making sense...!

It's kinda sad.

Damn bloodshot eyes. Thankfully, my camera skips over my red eyes, and I never do toothy-smiles in pictures so I don't have to bother with making them look nice... They've been stained yellow since I was a bebe.

It seems a bit naive, looking back, that I thought she naturally looked airbrushed ^.^ Oh, well. It was her tutorials that made me even go near makeup... The first time I used eyeshadow I posted it on the ollld LC forum, and here I am wanting to be a MUA now. I do owe a fair bit to her, but yeah, she isn't the God I thought she was a few years ago- there are a lot of people that are as good as, if not better than, her.

and soon we shall be far superior!

O God. i just had 2 add that i physically jumped back when those photos popped up. Dear lord... To do stuff like that your skin has to seriously be flawless looking or every freckle looks like a blackspot.
That my lil pony thing is v. cute though, but i'll always luv limey (mainly coz shes a pale pale redhead)

I vaguely remember that pic, She had her old style of clothes on, right? I don't think she had any/much make up on in that.

as for the orginal girl in this post, i think shes cute, i love her hair, her skills arent brill but if she is serious and stuff if she just keeps working at it she will get better, and maybe just tone down the designs on the face, stick with colours, as she has used some lush colours!

I think the girl in the orignial post has a few neat ideas but isn't executeing them well at all. Some of those pictures were just horrendous.

Limey did get me into make-up more than just a sweep of eyeliner and eyeshadow everyday and some of the tuts are pretty neat looking.
