| Does anyone have a good tutorial for a black smokey eye? I've done smokey eyes before, but I just want to know how to improve it.

| try a smudge-proof/waterproof liner like Puffy does! court and I use maybelline's unstoppable liner, and it lasts all day on both of us [though we need touch ups after rubbing our eyes from being bored in our respectable 2nd hour classes, icky].
I've yet to find a DECENT waterproof liner, but when I do, I'll let you know =D | |
