I dont know what you mean by zips all the way up to the hood... do you mean like, when you do the zip up it keeps going all the way up so that it zips up the two sides of the hood together too? kind of thing?

old navy! the one I have now was $19.50, and another was on sale for $15. once, I got sweaters on mega sale for $1.98. two sweaters were like, $4...I was SO excited.
