dreads =)

thought i'd post a photo of my new hair.
well not really new, since its my old synthetic dreads, i just decided i wanted them in again




excuse the drunken sweaty mess i am, they were taken on friday night after much dancing..

not really, my hair is just plaited into the synthetic hair. when someone did it for me the first time it took just over an hour, but my hair is stupidly long.

but i put them in myself this time and it took like 4 hours. but i did start it at like 12.30 pm and i was tired and its difficult to see the back of my head..

im thinking of taking these out and dreading my hair for real though..

i saw a woman on the bus and she had reeeally long dreads, like down at her bum.
she didnt suit them though.

my uncle used to have dreads...now he's going bald.
thats not related...he just doesn't have them because he is going bald. he saves trees. love it. he cooks at festivals during the summer though.

I don't usually care much for dreads, but those look awesome on you gill! But why would you want permanent ones? I don't know much about dreads, but wouldn't they wreck your hair? This way you get the best of both worlds.

they don't just wreck your hair, you cant take them out. well, very few people have successfully taken them out. you pretty much just need to cut them off.

and my hair is stupidly long, it always has been, ive never had it cut short before. and every time i go to the hairdressers with the intention of doing something completely different, i chicken out. if i get real dreads then i'll have sexy hair for a few years then i'll be forced to cut them out (and therefore get over my cutting my hair fear..)

...I want wrapped dreads!!!...but i have stubby arms and by no means would I be able to do them myself...i'll have to go to the black people salon and get them done...eventually

i want hair extensions... i ahve some dread falls but because im silly and cut all my ahir off, i can't wear them
