| My lil cousin has turned into me from like 4 years ago! She's 9 and is a little mini Avril Lavigne type baby goth Anyway she's asked me to introduce her to some "goth" websites but I'm not meaning like corsets and stuff, like Avril type skulls & crossbones and more Emily Strange type stuff you know? CAN YOU HELP MEEEE PLEASE! I don't mind if it's american...because the dollar is good for us right now and shipping might not be too bad But yeh like jewellery and clothes...stuff that would suit a mature 9 year old. | |

| hot topic is the epitome of "baby goth" and they're really cheap, too. i have no idea where they ship to (i don't shop there) but i'm sure a big company like that will ship outside the US |

| yeh im thinking more websites than american shops though. not every girl is into barbies and wants to be a blonde bimbo! im like her role model or something and she got all my old clothes so has all my old emily shirts and stuff. She has done barbies and dolls but with her dad being a bit rock and stuff...she's a bit like me | |

| Oh jeez... my baby bat days **shudders** Thankfully I have matured in my sense of gothic clothing. www.spookyboutique.com is great and has cute background music playing. ^_^ http://www.gothfashion.info/ perfect if she's crafty and would like to re-do some of her clothing. www.heavyred.com is my favorite and the clothing is gorgeous. Hot Topic isn't goth at all but I suppose if all she wants is some graphic shirts then it would be okie. |

| see i know sites like blackrose but she's still a kiddy wink...and goth to her is her emily tops, some skulls and stuff, which i said.
im talking skull necklaces, like plaid trousers or something...fingerless gloves and avril style stuff.
I made it clear she's 9...and I've been on like spookyboutique before...she does not need full length fightnet dresses and whoreish alice in wonderland outifts...her mother would kill me.
sorry but those sites are way too grown up and not at all baby goth...cept maybe the middle one.

| Just take her to hot topic site - i agree with superlover's statement like %100...very babyish and emo and baby goth and blah blah blah totally nothing original or super sexy. it's a safe bet otherwise just use google and search some terms...not hard to do lol. |

| says she who can't google time zones or currency convertions.
I have googled, I'm not the type to post asking for stuff without researching myself but I have found it difficult finding stuff because they either cater to young children and babies or adults and she is in between.
And "originiality" has fuck all to do with it. Actually, hot topic is quite original to someone like me because we don't have that store here and a lot of the stuff in it isn't available here. And originality isn't anything to do with a shop or what it stocks, its about how you wear it.
plus, im not just gonna randomly google shit and give it to her...the other reason I ask is because people will hopefully have used the sites they reccommend and so I know they won't be dodgy.

| No you didnt! I didn't want to sound bitch I'm sowee! I just meant like...well her mother would kill me if I gave her sites like that I think SB is a cool site but the whorish outfits annoy me! It wasn't to you, it was to them! All the sort of...I think the nearest american equivelent is like trailer park trash girlies wear them out clubbing and stuff so it's more a pet hate of mine Sorry cookie! I didn't mean to sound so bitchy | |

| RedHaze.com is a UK site that doesn't carry anything too slutty, they have skinnies, and lots of plaid and stripes, i'm not sure if they'd have stuff to fit a 9 year old but you could check it out |

| thankies :]
I think a lot of the stuff is too grown up so I'll offer to make her some shirts and stuff but I have some sites like asos that have like a guitar necklace and have made lists of semi goth shops around edinburgh and places she can get cool tights and stuff.

| i dunno about websites but you could try ebay for shirts with characters on them like Lenore and Rubygloom. Those are always cute and gothy at the same time and are carried in small sizes. You can even find pjs. | |

| Have you tried attitude? http://www.attitude.uk.com/
It's kinda like our version of HT from what I can gather... Also, New Look often has stuff that are vaguely baby goth.

| if you fancy going a shopping trip to glasgow we have loads. as much as i love edinbrugh, its a bit pish for shopping. glasgow has two hellfires, osiris and isis which are popular with the wee goths. plus a couple of shops in merchant city (including an excellent vintage clothing shop and a corset place) and then theres some great alternative and vintage shops in the west end of glasgow that are good. if you want names and directions to any of the places gimmie a shout | |

| Lol when I was nine I wore leggings or overalls whenever I could and played with dolls. Nine is so young to be goth or even to worry about fashion! |
