Neon yellow zebra print tee

I got this shirt along with 2 others...well the 2 others fit perfect and although this one says it's an XXL it fits more like a Large.

When I tried it on it was small enough that when i moved my arms the stitching in the hem of the sleeves tore a bit
and my dumbass lost the receipt and took the tag off.

So details...
Stitching ripped a bit on the sleeve hems...nothing major.
Tag shows XXL but it fits like a Large and will probably shrink when
washed.

I'm asking like $12 for it plus shipping and handling since it was a $23 shirt.
