| Oh my God. I may have wet myself about twelve times over. I don't have much of a review or anything right now because I'm still a bit mental, but it was way above my expectations. Michael Bay has atoned for pretty much all of his sins with this movie. - Spoiler:
There's a scene between Starscream and Megatron that sealed the deal. I went crazy and all he said was 'Starscream, you failed me yet again'. Squee!
People that don't like either action or general nerdiness probably shouldn't see it. But, Jeebus, even if you had one toy as a kid or vaguely remember the cartoon, go.

| Orite, it's not even out there yet.
There were heaps of nerdy kids at my screening, it was ace. First movie I've been in where it was sold out, and people clapped at the end. Sweet.
I wanna go again. | |

| I can't wait! But I don't think it's out over here yet! No fair! From the trailers it looks like it's much darker than the cartoons. |

| It is. Not to a large degree, but it's still a bit more hardcore than G1 Transformers. As it should be, because we already have a movie about that! I wish this one had a rockin' 80s soundtrack, though.
Ugh I like this movie too much. Must stop fangirling.

| I must agree. I saw it yesterday and I was like googly eyed and like excited through out the movie. The family reminded me of mine own though a lot, which freaked me. My boyfriend though said it was ok. He thinks I am too easily pleased. I am glad to hear someone else loved it! |

| YAAAAAAAY I saw it yesterday and I loved it! Although, disappointed that they didn't put on the transformers song, y'know the TRANSFORMERS MORE THAN MEETS THE EYE one. And the robots were soooooooooo cheesy! Some of the stuff that came out of their mouth... hah.
And now hot was Johnny Knoxville?!? |

| Hahah. I'll put this bit in small... cos I forgot to ask yesterday... who was the guy that got ripped in half near the end? I asked Jase earlier and he said it was the porsche guy but I don't even remember there being a porsche guy.

| I saw the original animated movie when it was--er...original. Then I saw it on cable last weekend and was like "WTF, this sucks!"
Anyhow, I wanted to see this, but may wait 'til it's out on DVD.

| Ahh yay, other girls that liked it!
By the way Jade, the soundtrack has a remake of the 'Transformers, more than meets the eye' thing. It's not that good, though. STILL. EEEE. Yeah, some of the lines were cheesy, but I loved pretty much all of it. I thought the human characters' lines were worse, actually.
Angelina, I pretty much love you for remembering who Jazz was.
GODDAMMIT SHAUNA. G1 MOVIE KICKED ASS. Even though everything about Generation 1 Transformers is super cheesy and lame, and the scale is really bad, and the voice acting is a bit shit. Still kicked ass. I swears.
See, I thought I would've come down off my high by now, but over a week later and I still love this just as much. If I have enough money this Sunday, me and my boy are gonna go see it again. Yess. I liked it that much.
If this thing doesn't get at least a nomination for Best Special Effects at every awards show out there, I'll be sorely disappointed.

| oh yeah. the movie owned all. I actually hate action movies, but with SHIA [I must type his name in caps ] and the balance of comedy and good graphics, I loved it. his parents owned all in that movie! =D | |
