couple o' questions

1. i apparently own a navy tee. i thought it was black. i love it. but i live in black. i dont MIND black and navy personally but still. ideas?

2. i now also own a crop top. wtf do i wear this with? i do NOT have a perfect flat stomach. it is also cold.

crop tops, i have no idea. i own a cropped blazer but it's warmer and i wear it as a jacket.

okay, so after i got off my computer, i got curious. i searched my closet and found a crop top (it's hello kitty and hot pink. it probably fit me normal at some point because i bought it in grade 6. score! hahaha). anyway, i tried it on with a bunch of stuff and it looked half decent with a cropped knit cardigan with the sleeves rolled up to my elebows, grey acid wash skinny jeans and a pair of combat boots.
i know you don't wear jeans, but it's just some food for thought.

I loooove crop tops with long vests and leggings under. and with vests and tight jersy skirts <3 as long as what your wearing undernath is tight it'll look good. what about with the black tube aa dress you got? over the top with tights and chunky bootsd <3

i find cropped tops look good with almost anything that's high-waisted

yeah i dont think a bright vest would work as it's blue with a gradient effect. i think it might be a bit much.

its the top i posted in shopping actually. i wore it on saturday - i wore a vest top tucked into a black bodycon skirt on my waist and had it over the top and just wore it with black tights and white trainers. it looked quite cute.

I seeee. here, a vest is like... a sleeveless thing with buttons. like what guys wear over dress shirts when they're wearing a tuxedo.. or at least that's what I think of!! We would call that kind of top a cami (short for camisole) or tank top. I think. Or even a beater. And the skirt I would call a pencil skirt, personally!

...but maybe i'm just weird...

if it makes you feel better (haha), when i was learning clothes in english, i was told that vest is what you mentioned Gina. pencil skirt would be a longer one, below your knees. to me, the one that keek owns is a tube
