Helllllp?

Ok since i did art in year 12 I ahven't been able to pick up paints or a pencil again and feel inspired or even want to draw.
The only thing i've drawn since then are some really godawful sketches of a design for a tatto, honestly a 5 year old could draw better.

how do i get my inspiration back girls? this really sucks, i used to be able to fill a sketchbook in a month and now my pencils and books are gathering dust. it's kind of depressing. Actually it's really depressing. i feel like by the time i can paint again all my paints will have dried up and the canases will have been eaten by moths.

also is anyone interested in buying some paintings based on the war? they're huge and there is five of them and i never want to see them again. if no one buys them i'll probably either give them away or paint over them, so yeah.

I feel the same way!!
However i've found browsing artists that inspire me's myspaces and websites totally re-inspire me!!

I always feel that practicing technicality and such help to inspire me. Like drawing things from life, faces, feet, etc.

Look through magazines, online portfolios of your fav illustrators and whatnot.

try the keri smith 100 things.
theres basically 100 ideas that you can print out, cut up and then put them in a box and pull one out. its more about journalling but it helps you create art. it might just give you a boost back into it.
