The purple and gold one is freaking sweet, Ruth. Your eyes are so huuuuge.

It's hard to know with pictures. With width, try to keep it under 640 pixels wide and you should be fine. They can show up different on different monitors >.< On mine, everyone's have been fine and fit well into the screen, on others it can be different. If you think it's a bit over, just spoilerise it.

Yeah they look ok on my screen but I don't want them coming up massive on others!! My eyes are tiny! I feel like i have tiny mole eyes, thats why I always do winged eyeliner. Lol.

as kendra said, photobucket's message board setting usually comes up fine for most people. i posted pics on that and they look fine for me. yours seem a little large to me anyway and my monitor is quite big, but thats ok.

Love the colours on you, I think the eyeliner on the inner corners isn't tapered enough- it looks pretty harsh- but I really like the wing shape on you. I think an even brighter pink lip would look sexy on you.... But I love hot pink lips on everyone

it was tapered, it just looked chunky in that shot for some weird reason. I dont like taking liner all the way in, because it makes my eyes look too small [and they're small to begin with!] but thats the shape I create with liner now, because it...reshapes my eye, almost. its pretty neat.

as of the lip colour, I wanted something muted instead of bright [this is my date makeup for tonight]. so I mixed the blush with a darkish loose powder, and made a light pink nude lip. this way, there was still pink - but soft and diffused.

if you try that liner shape, tho, be careful! took me a few tries before I got it down, and that's without the liquid liner

you have lots of natural pigmentation in your lips too, so you could work hot pink with this one...come onnn try it. just cos I want to see

its pretty much the style in your sig, but with lots of black. with enough blending it looks really diffused and neat - I know you can do it

Fair enough (re the liner). It really does open up your eye heaps.

I was surprised myself. you see, I'd been trying to figure out how to do my liner perfectly, and Fiona Stiles [she's on WLB and she did the makeup for the new Sephora catalog] did it exactly the way I wanted it, and I figured out the trick to doing it. I've been wearing liner everyday since.
