Shopping makes me not so gloomy

If anyone watched the lame show called The Class, you may remember Kat wanting to keep the guys ex's jacket.. kinda reminds me of that one.

What fabric is it?

Crushed velvet? Looks kinda like my black one and that's what mine is.

looks a wee bit like corduroy, but not sure.

you could get a normal corduroy blazer and reconstruct? you know, to make puffy sleeves, and then sew buttons on.

I ebayed velvet jackets and some grosss ones came up but I'll keep checking every so often. I may have a better chance in London.

New want: To go to Bluewater or some other giant shopping centre and hit up all the sales! Miss Selfridge, in particular.

The sale at Miss Selfridge at Bluewater is pretty crap atm, but theres loads of other places there wth siiiick sales!

Got a tankini

It's reversible. I like the stripy side better but I don't have a photo of that. You can see it peeking out though. ^__^

And LOL at the tag. I ripped it out cus it's sewn righttt on the edge so it always ends up showing.

Still need to get bottoms.. not sure what colour to get? Would black be too dark? I'm thinking a deep navy blue.

ohhh love all of that!! A&F clothes are always so well fitting - when i save up some money i'm gonna start buying on there!

I like the three thermals with out the A&F logo all over them.
I hate it when brands do that.
Unless it's something hot like Chanel or something,
then it's all good to show off.

I ended up just getting plain black cus the only blue I found was brighttt blue. They were £2 in the New Look sale! Bargain.

Why has no one ever told me how nice River Island is?

I went to The Harlequin shopping centre in Watford today. Their Primark is so much more organised than the London one. It looks like a normal shop
I considered going there for my bday shopping trip with Cat instead of Oxford Street, but the shopping centre (and outside it) doesn't look very nice. Sorta chavvy.

Oh and I practically got 3 bow headbands from Primark for £1.
Basically,
the last time I shopped there I was looking for a pack that had a black
and a teal one, but they only had black and gold packs. I picked one up
anyway, and at the till the barcode wasn't working so the guy put it
through as £1 instead of £1.50
Then
today, I went looking for teal and black packs. All the headbands were
hanging separately without tags on them. So the guy at the till just
gave it to me for free. : )

I saw this skirt in River Island and fell in love with it, but I'm not one to pay £30 for a skirt. I'll just wait till Xmas sales


And OMG I LOVE THIS! I really want something I can chuck over a top that's not a zippy or a cardigan.. This totally fits the bill.
£30 but if I see it during my bday trip I don't think I'll be able to resist!
