Make Up Pictures #3

That colour is preeetty, Sam!

Thanks Kendra, it's a sugar eyeshadow pallet I bought last year that I rarely use.

I'm a little sad though, because it's like 3 different colors with an awesome liquid liner, but my camera totally washed it out...oh well, maybe I'll have to do it again.

Damn. If you can take it in front of a window in the afternoon, that's usually best. Morning light is real harsh and overexposes everything, I've found (hence why I look so ghostly pale in my pictures).

This is my first time posting a make up picture, and I'm just gonna let you know that I'm just starting with this makeup thing, haha. So I'm not very good I'd just like to know what I can improve on, and since you girls are all really good at this stuff I figured you would be the right people to ask.

That's a really pretty blue Patti and it suits you! I think it would look fab applied a little higher in to the crease, with some highlight under the brows as well.

Yep, I completely agree. If you add a slightly darker purple or blue to the crease, it'll give your eyes more depth and really make them stand out. If you want more help with that sort of stuff, it's good to post open eye pictures to, so we can see what it looks like most of the time (unless you walk around with your eyes closed ).

I think the colours you chose look lovely with your skin and hair combination, and they're just really pretty and sparkly!

my steelb lue sample(which was HUUUGE!) from solveig <3 arrived in the mail today so of course i applied it straight away in excitement.

please ignore lack of any makeup except for the eyeshadow and a little mascara
also my hair is fading and im wearing a really old jumper

There's so much in the massive sample jar i don't think I'll nee a full size for aaaages. But i want one anyway. MAC ftw

i put some gold liner on and a little gold shadowin the crease, some foundation, a little bronzer which you can't see, some lip glodd and some mscara..

i don't really own a nude lippy so i made to with some concealer, hush lippie with looks like concealer, brown lip liner and some lip gloss.

Lil....why are you so pretty and awesome? Its not fair. (AKA, THAT LOOKS AMAZING!)
