try Aquafina. there are 3 packs for less than $4 at walgreens and wal mart.

everything else listed is more of personal preference: waterproof mascara or plain? white eyeliner or a nude tone? powder or creme blusher? its all about choices.

and a tip on that eyeliner: I find nude tones to be better - they look more natural than some white line on your waterline. it can be harsh.
