| I found some pics..... Zui Suicide [img] Zui Suicide and Audrey Kitching So scene queen style is basically... -trying to look different from the norm -way over accessorizing -bright colors -photoshoots, why, no idea -insane amounts of makeup To me they seem to be in it for the celebrity ie. internet famous. As for Kiki Kannibal, I think she wants the notiriety that Audrey Kitching has. Shes most known for starting fights with everyone, claiming to have invented stripes, and selling jewellery that falls apart in the mail. It makes me sad too to see someone who claims to be 14 (kiki) wearing really skimpy outfits and posing the ways she does. But back to the fashion aspect. I must say I like certain elements of the scene queen style. I love bright colors and I really like those cute necklaces with the big charms they wear, I actually own several myself. I just would'nt wear them all at the same time. Its funny actually because I kinda dressed like that when I was in high school and got nothing but laughs from everyone, and now its cool? Oh well, whatever. I guess I do like the fact that bright colors are back. Back when I was a teenager (god saying that makes me feel old) everyone dressed so conservativley, you know dull blah colors ect. ect. | |

| *judges* silly lil. ANYWAYS. i'm with you - Jessie on this one. I like some of their outfits, with all the bright colors and whatnot... but the main reason I like them is because I enjoy looking at the cool photos they take. Especially with all their Hello Kitty stuff. I want it allll. | |

| Yeah, much better hair...but whats the point of the posed photos. Shes not getting paid or anything. And as far as I know she does'nt use them to promote her jewellery.
I guess I just don't like things I see as pointless, or maybe I'm just sick and crabby.

| She doesn't look fourteen to me. Isn't her sister supposed to be eleven or something? Pppph. Sounds like they're saying it to be controversial.
I have to agree with Lil, though, her new photos are so much better. She looks like she has a pulse. They take those pictures because they have the money (let's not kid ourselves, every one of these girls comes from at least upper-middle class society) for good equipment, nice clothes that they can tear up and photographic grade makeup. Most of us here have camwhored at least a couple of times. They can just do it on a bigger scale. Plus, photoshoots = UBER COOL in myspacebuzznetland.
Edit: So as not to be off topic... I'm guilty of kinda liking their clothes, too. They're so bright and ridiculous and I could never pull them off. It's like decora for skinny American girls. It can look good, at least when they're not half naked.

| Sorry I didn't know there was a topic like that(and I didn't found something with the search). Don't be mad at me >.<
I like the clothes of Audrey, they got such cool colors. But I would never wear something like that, I think it could be a little cold if you wear stuff like that somewere else then a Studio.

| i think kiki is about 15-16. She's actually a really pretty girl when she isnt doing the whole racoon hair and heavy makeup thing. and ive seen her boobies! arg child porn >.< i cant decide if i like the way the dress or not. there are aspects of it that are cool and would work with slightly more...wearable clothes IMO. i want this necklace: she looks so much better like this: but yeh they dont seem to own trousers...or skirts...but i do like some aspects of the whole style. | |

| On Kiki Kannibal's buzznet she talks about going to college - from what i can gather she is actually alot older, i believe that she said she was that age to get more young 'fangirls' to buy her jewelerry. Personally, i love the style! I can remember when the whole 'emo' fashion started i bought into it straight away, and was emo (i used to deny it, as i was one of the first at my school!) for ages. luckily i kinda grew out of it, but luckil;y all this was before i had heard of any of these scene queens. But yehh, alot of it, if not overdone, can be really cute! I especially love HannaBeth's style: she's a little bit scenequeen, a little bit hollywood glam, and i love that. | |

| Yeah the fag totally ruined the picture for me. I don't hateee the fashion, it's more thee... lifestyle? I suppose you could call it that but it's not the best word. Basically I don't really understand what they do. They're just kind of there haha. Like Paris Hilton I love Hello Kitty and was into FRUiTs fashion for ages so that aspect of it is cool with me. | |

| Yehh. Actually i find smoking totally hot atm. it's the glamour behnd it... like, "i'm doing something totally unnecesary and expensive, because i can..." I dunno, but everyone i've drawn recently is smoking. Maybe i'm craving cigarettes again.
anyway. I rather envy the lifestyle. it's so unlike me, but... i just want to be admired and attractive and have people want me, people i don't even know. To just have your photo taken and be you for a living, and be famous - but not to a ridiculous extent... it just appeals somehow.
Plus the clothes, i mean, they CAN look glamorous, although often they look cheap, when they do it well, they look gorgeous. again, its something i admire nd envy.
