whats it about?

its a remake of the old st trinian's.
basically it's this girls school, sadly not in edinburgh, just named after it. that would have been cool. anyway lots of the girls are a bit rebelious aaaaand the school has money troubles so its about them trying to sort them.

its got lily cole and mischa barton aaaaand russel brand in it. and rupert everitt plays both the female headmistress and her brother

I mean, even my dad said it looked awesome. which was wierd and slightly pervy... but whatever, IT LOOKS AMAZING.

No, she's another new up-and-coming actress called Gemma Arterton.

Just had a gander and it says she plays JJ French... who's that?

It's really good. Funny all the way through
There's different groups of girls
Chavs, Emos, Posh Totty, Geeks and first years.

To any non UK-ers who watch it, chavs are FAR worse than the one on the movie. She wasn't half bad!

i went to see it this afternoon!

it was sooooo much better than i expected!

You just cant beat the original. It is accurate in a truely funny way, and this movie is just a total male fantasy.

I spent the first 11 years of my school life at a catholic girls boarding school, and if you had one HAIR out of place you would be quickly sorted out. I just cant enjoy this movie as a piece of 'light hearted entertainment' for these reasons. Including the fact that the originals are much closer to the truth (of course even the original is an over emphasis )

It looks cool piece of teen movie, but I just cant sit and watch it.

Its just that from my whole school life till I was 16, I just cant justify this movie-I know 'its just a movie' but I cant suspend my disbelief for this.
