Ideas, QUICK!

Ok...I've been making a bag for my higher art and I've never sewn before and I've been really stressed.
It's due in the next few days and I don't have my design finished.

Right so I dont have pics but its a shoulder bag. It's made from pink and green tartan, has bright pink chord straps and a pocket on the front of the same material and then it has bright green lining.
Kinda of like this...


I've been making it to a punk theme (hence the bright, kinda clashing colours and the tartan...) and now I need to put something on it to make it look punk...

I have some pink and green felt that I could use...I just don't know what.
It's like...feminine modern punk. So maybe stars, lightning bolts...I could make a skull or something with a bow...

GIMME IDEAS! and FAST!

hmm if you're doing femme punk you could do a lil skull with a bow
or go for a reconstructed paint splatter motif wuth drippy stars and skulls kinda like this:



or what would really be sexy (assuming you have the time is something like this...

i could do the spikey bits on the corner maybe...

i was thinking i could maybe have it so that one side has the pocket on it and maybe a little logo or skull or something and then the other side which is currently plain, I could do like that spikey thing in pink then green in place of the checked bit and then put a skull on that too...would that work dya think?

definitely and it wouldn't be hard to find checker fabric. Walmart seems to carry year round for real cheap.
Then you could add bits of green & pink felt to it and a lil' skull instead of the camera and yeah have it in the
lower left corner then have a pocket in either the top left corner or on the bag's side.

arg yeh i know it wouldnt but it's due...well tomorrow. ive just basically fucked up over my 2 weeks holiday and havent got it finished. but if its not done by tomorrow - i skip class and then i dont see her until monday which is really bad...but at least it wont be rushed.

or if you have the time, draw it on pink felt using a sharpie and then use the green for the bow?

yeh i was gonna make it from pink felt and stitch the detail in green and add a green bow. i got some bright pink and green pins from claires with skulls on them which go well...

I wanna see it when its done kiki!
