So, it's not the best video in the world, but we love Nightwish for the sound, not the videos (as they're generally not the greatest). Man, I'm loving Annette. But not her funny facial expressions, lulz. +5 points to the video for having Tuomas hotness in it, though. Mm mm! (hands off, Lisbeth and Mandy, and probably Kate too because who the hell doesn't want Tuomas?)

I donno, i know Tarja was a bitch. But i think her voice was much more interesting than Annettes.

I like the song until she makes that weird scream at the end. And I don't really like the jumping around thing that she does.

Yeah, the generic rock video stuff I don't like. It doesn't fit with the song, for me.

I ordered it a few days ago so hopefully it will be waiting for me at my mum's. I'm especially wanting to hear the instrumentals for some reason. Maybe that reason is I'm a dork. But yay! New Nightwish!

I thought it was an odd pick for Tuomas' girl mostly but I think it would be hard to find a girl that really fit to Marco...what with the beard.

Hm I liked Tarja's voice a lot more just cus I found it more interesting..
Tarja's voice seems like it's got a bit more listenability, if that's a word. (although I'm pretty much basing that on She Is My Sin since I hardly ever listen to other Nightwish songs)

I just recieved Dark Passion Play. Is anyboy else completely disturbed by the little boy's speech at the end of The Poet and the Pendulum? I love it all though.

The 'being raped again and again' bit? That's a bit disturbing, yeah.

I think I'm relegating Sahara and Seven Days to the Wolves to a back seat, The Islander is now my favourite song from the CD.

I like both Tarjas and Annettes vocals, they're good in different ways- Annette has a very rock/pop sounding voice which doesn't get too grating, whereas Tarjas was like- bam! Awesome! I do really like this cd, though, but I've always liked Nightwish more for the music than for the vocals.

Except for Marcos vocals, which are just insane.

Sahara though! It's perfect. And the vocals in the end gives me chills.
And yeah, that and the killing yourself in a song prospect.
As for vocals, I just see it as sort of a new band. And Anette's vocals let the music do the *bam* while Tarja's kind of competed sometimes.
And Marco in 7 Days to the Wolves? *Melts*

I know, I know, Sahara is awesome. But, I dunno what it is about The Islander... It's so... like a sea shanty. Which is great!
