Thinking of a new do

Okay, so basically before college starts I want to get my hair cut.
It's currently in an a-line and the back is just long enoughto tie up at the back (just touching the nape of my neck) and the front is nearly boob level.

I think I want it layered, the front trimmed off, and possibly dyed, i'm just a bit clueless!! All I know is I'd like it to be long enmough to tie off my face and dosen't take any more than half an hour to style in the mornings!

Help?!
