uhmm. go to where you normally buy makeup - they may have an orange shadow. I think they still make orange eyesmudge, but Im sure thats not much help.

buttt to get it to stay on, use a decent base first! if you can get your hands on an eyeshadow base, you'll be in luck.

sorry I cant give any more advice!

np ma'am! if you can get to some wet n wild, try that one creme shadow, but in the sparkly white - it'll help whatever shadow you use look brighter. :]

it would probably be the best option and I dunno about there but in certain kids shops, you can get a large sized pot of it for a couple of ££/$$$

Yeahh, or find a really orangey stage foundation, and use that.

Also, masking tape will help you get a really good sharp shape. =)

Try Kryolan makeup, you paint it on and it dries and won't really come off unless you get your face wet.

Kryolan would work...but I don't know of them having a metallic orange also if the aquacolors come in contact with any kind of moisture, be it water, sweat, or just like oil from your face they tend to smudge so you would also need a make-up sealer and a really good setting powder

I think grease paint, not just kids face paint but real clown make-up would work the best. That looks like what's in the picture anyways. Ben Nye and Kryolan both have grease paints but I know for sure that Ben Nye has a few different oranges.

Lipstick, if you're going for real cheap yet effective, will work fine. You can find all different shades of oranges, coppers, corals, and even blue. You might have to look a lil harder for a metallic one but I think Revlon has a few that might work and just use eyeliner for the blue and black parts.

so you're only wanting to use powder...
they probably have blush in the colors you're looking for
which would be good for the eyes and lips

but i think lipstick and eyeliner would be good for the lightening bolt

I mentioned lipstick in my first response Razz

I think Revlon has a couple different shades of metallic orange. a blue chubby pencil or something, black eyeliner, and a really cool coral color for the lips and eyes.
the lips look really matte in the picture so i think some concealer and eyeshadow would work great.
