so i bleached some streaks into my hair.

um

well i accidentally bleached about 2 cm of the roots of a random chunk of hair


all i have to say to this is

FUCKETY FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK

should i just bleach it all?

im thinking i will.

I wanna try those home-highligher things but when my friend did it who has medium-brown hair, the roots were a gorgeous blonde but the tips were briiiiight ginger!
I've got super dark brown hair so I think if I fuck up the odds of going ginger will be a lot higher!

Ava's right. The color won't end up even. I bleached my hair a while back and my roots were white while the rest of my hair was bright red.

did y'all know that even going to a pro your hair at some point in the process turns that awful gingery color...that is just what bleach does at home or in a slon...they're pros because they know how to fix it

when i got mine done, the junior washes it off and then she checks it and goes "oh its a bit ginger...we'kll just put some toner on you love!"

or a bright cherry red.

Awwww you poor dear! I have had some bad bleaching experiences in my time. Oh brother have I ever LOL. I say you bleach it all, and find a color that fits you. BUT I say go with a red, or a brown.

I'm going to bleach it to death and then put a white toner on it.

and then get red tips or something.
and streaks in my fringe/bangs


i also managed to burn my fingers with the bleach

which taught me wearing gloves is a good idea!

i don't know if a relaxer(which us black folks call a perm) smells as bad as a permanent wave but dear god the smell is horendous...like rotten egg farts...

i could die happy if I never had touch perm rods or permanent wave solution again!!!

i'm willing to skip making money as a hair dresser to get money for make-up school just so I don't have to do perms!!!

with how you described it, I think it will - I'd love a deep cherry red on you though. if you want something permanent though, try SFX! they're your best bet.
